The original Communal Bill of Rights and Responsibilities was approved by Faculty Senate on 5/4/1994 by Chancellor Sanders on 5/30/1994. A section on Pedagogical Use of Offensive Language was added on 4/15/2021. Current guidance on General Academics and Advising are available elsewhere in the Handbook.
